By accessing or using the EWHMS application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. The Service is intended for business use only.

2. Service Description

EWHMS provides:

  • Warehouse management and inventory control functionality
  • Integration with SAP Business One systems
  • Mobile and web-based access
  • Multi-user collaboration features
  • Reporting and analytics capabilities

The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is designed for businesses managing warehouse inventory.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account limits apply based on your subscription plan:

  • Maximum number of user accounts per company
  • Maximum number of mobile devices per company
  • Storage and data retention limits

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to breach or circumvent security measures
  • Access data not intended for you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.

5. Data Ownership and Rights

Your Data:

  • You retain all rights to your business data
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your data
  • You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
  • You can export your data at any time

Our Service:

  • We retain all rights to the Service and its functionality
  • The Service is protected by copyright and other laws
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
  • We may use aggregated, anonymized data for improvements

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
  • We are not responsible for issues beyond our control

Data Retention: Certain data may be automatically deleted according to your subscription plan. Please ensure you export important data regularly.

7. Payment and Billing

Subscription Terms:

  • Billing occurs on an annual basis
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Late Payment:

  • Service may be suspended for overdue accounts
  • Data access may be restricted until payment is received
  • Reactivation may require payment of outstanding balances

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party services or content
  • You use the Service at your own risk

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate:

  • By canceling your subscription through your account settings
  • By providing written notice to our support team
  • Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period

We may terminate:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For extended inactivity (12+ months)
  • If required by law

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You should export your data before termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted, unless otherwise stated.

Notification: We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • In-app notifications
  • Notice on our website

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
  3. Binding arbitration in Xanthi, Greece

The courts of Xanthi, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
